Terms of Use

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The Redeem Codes platform is operated by FERNIO MARKET LTD (Company No. 16867797), with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. These Terms of Use govern all interactions conducted via the Redeem Codes platform and define the legal relationship between Redeem Codes and each User. Capitalized terms are defined in Section 3.

1.2 By submitting the Registration Form on the Redeem Codes website, the User expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Once the Account has been verified and activated, the User may access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

1.3 Redeem Codes may revise or update these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. Users will be informed in advance of any changes. Updated Terms become effective and binding upon publication on the Platform. Users are advised to review them periodically.

1.4 Any deviation from or amendment to these Terms shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by Redeem Codes. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

1.5 In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English text shall prevail.

2. THE PLATFORM

2.1 The Redeem Codes Platform functions as an online marketplace through which Redeem Codes offers digital Products for purchase.

2.2 To acquire any Products, Users must first create and register an Account on the Platform.

3. DEFINITIONS

3.1 Account: an individual user profile created to gain access to the Platform.

3.2 User: any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform.

3.3 Terms of Use: the present terms and conditions governing the use of the Platform.

3.4 IP Rights: all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, designs, patents, copyrights, database rights, and trade secrets, whether registered or unregistered.

3.5 Registration Form: the electronic form completed by the User to accept these Terms, create an Account, and purchase Products.

3.6 Buyer: a User who has registered an Account and completed a purchase of one or more Products.

3.7 Purchase Agreement: the legally binding contract concluded between Redeem Codes and the Buyer for a Product.

3.8 Platform: the online system operated by Redeem Codes for the sale and delivery of Products.

3.9 Product(s): the digital items offered for sale on the Platform.

3.10 Code: a digital code associated with a card that enables redemption by the Buyer.

4. ACCOUNT USE

4.1 Users must register an Account in order to place orders. Identity verification may be required to mitigate fraud risks. Upon successful approval, Users may perform transactions on the Platform.

4.2 The User is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their Account and for safeguarding Account credentials.

4.3 Redeem Codes applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measures. Users must provide accurate information, cooperate during verification procedures, and promptly report suspicious activities. Non-compliance may result in Account suspension or termination.

4.4 Redeem Codes may, at its discretion, limit or restrict certain Platform features for individual Users.

4.5 Failure to meet payment obligations may lead to temporary suspension of the Account until outstanding amounts are settled.

4.6 While suspended, the Account will be inactive and inaccessible.

4.7 Users waive any claims for damages or compensation arising from Account suspension or termination.

4.8 Users must keep their login credentials confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.

5. PURCHASE AGREEMENT

5.1 By clicking the “Purchase” button while logged in, the Buyer enters into a binding Purchase Agreement. All sales are final and non-refundable.

5.2 Redeem Codes shall not be liable for obvious typographical errors or inaccuracies in Product descriptions.

5.3 Both parties expressly waive the right to invalidate the Purchase Agreement due to any alleged lack of mutual intent (ad idem).

5.4 Any right to rescind the Purchase Agreement on grounds of misunderstanding or absence of consensus is hereby excluded.

6. PERFORMANCE OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

6.1 Redeem Codes and the Buyer shall comply with all terms stipulated in the Purchase Agreement.

6.2 The Buyer is required to pay the full purchase price.

6.3 Ensuring sufficient funds prior to payment initiation is solely the Buyer’s responsibility.

6.4 Products will be delivered or activated only after full payment has been received.

6.5 Once payment is confirmed, delivery is made by email, typically within one minute and no later than five minutes. Responsibility for the Code(s) transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.

6.6 Buyers may not offset or withhold any payments owed to Redeem Codes.

7. TERM AND TERMINATION

7.1 Accounts are valid for a period of twelve (12) months and automatically renew upon expiry.

7.2 Users may request deletion of their Account and associated personal data by submitting a written request via email.

7.3 All termination or cancellation requests must be communicated exclusively by email.

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Gift card purchases are strictly non-refundable.

8.2 Refunds are issued only where a technical fault attributable to Redeem Codes has occurred and must be requested within fourteen (14) days in accordance with UK legislation.

8.3 Refund requests must be submitted directly by the User through official contact channels.

8.4 Approved refunds will be credited using the original payment method.

9. PAYMENT SERVICES

9.1 The minimum transaction value is €5, and the maximum is €500.

9.2 A single payment card may be used for no more than ten (10) transactions per day.

9.3 Transactions exceeding €5,000 require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

9.4 Payments processed through third-party providers are outside Redeem Codes’ control, and no liability is assumed for their services.

9.5 All applicable bank or processing fees are borne by the User.
9.6 The user will be able to make a payment if the total amount of goods in the cart is greater than or equal to €5 but does not exceed €500.

10. ASSIGNMENT

10.1 Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms.

10.2 Redeem Codes may freely assign its rights or obligations to third parties.

11. SECURITY

11.1 Users are responsible for implementing suitable technical and organizational measures to protect data during transmission.

12. PRIVACY

12.1 Use of the Platform constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the Redeem Codes Privacy Policy.

13. REPORTING MISUSE

13.1 Any suspected abuse, including fraud, theft, or money laundering, must be reported to info@redeemcodes.store.

14. MAINTENANCE

14.1 Scheduled maintenance and upgrades may be performed during regular business hours to improve Platform functionality.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

15.1 Redeem Codes shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.

15.2 During such circumstances, performance obligations may be postponed without penalty.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1 Redeem Codes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16.2 No liability is assumed for third-party content or Product unavailability.

16.3 Continuous, error-free operation of the Platform is not guaranteed.

16.4 Redeem Codes is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized Account access.

16.5 Users agree to indemnify Redeem Codes against disputes related to chargebacks or withdrawals.

16.6 Liability for expired or defective codes is excluded.

16.7 These exclusions do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

16.8 Claims must be reported without undue delay and allow time for remediation.

16.9 Users shall indemnify Redeem Codes against third-party claims arising from resale or misuse.

16.10 These limitations also apply to Redeem Codes’ service partners.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

17.1 All Platform-related intellectual property is owned by Redeem Codes. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

17.2 Prior written authorization is required to reproduce or distribute any protected materials.

17.3 All IP rights related to Products remain with Redeem Codes or its licensors.

18. CONFIDENTIALITY

18.1 All exchanged information is confidential unless it is public, legally required to be disclosed, or released with mutual consent.

18.2 Breaches of confidentiality may result in legal action and financial liability.

18.3 Confidentiality obligations survive Account termination for five (5) years.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

19.2 All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

20. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS

20.1 Access to or use of the Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals or entities located in North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Albania, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gibraltar, Haiti, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Russian Federation, Senegal, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
